1. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Thaitom from Molybest (EU) BV. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a Returns and Refunds policy in place.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team (support@thaitom.eu) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
